Is a home visit required before my trip?

Yes. A free walkthrough before your first trip lets us confirm your checklist, meet any pets, and set up access.

What's the difference between a drop-in and a home check?

A drop-in includes pet care: feeding, fresh water, and letting pets out. A home check is for homes without pets: a walk-through, mail, lights, and plants.

How does overnight work?

Overnights are booked per night and built around your actual travel times. If you get home after noon on your return day, that counts as an extra day.

How far in advance do I need to book?

As early as you can, especially around holidays. Book your walkthrough first and your trip dates can be added any time after.

What about extra pets?

Each additional pet is +$6 per visit.

What if something comes up while I'm away?

You hear from us right away with photos and what we see, and we handle it the way you set up at your walkthrough. Away Care is billed after your stay.
